With only a select number of new static caravans for sale at any one time, Nancolleth is more of a small community than a holiday park. With a warm, friendly atmosphere and a dedicated team of staff it’s no wonder our park is such a popular choice for holiday home ownership.

Our park facilities

As an owners-only park, the facilities on site are limited but include a children’s play area – ideal for the kids to let off some steam – and a launderette with washing and drying facilities. There’s no clubhouse or bar here – Nancolleth is all about relaxation, with just the Cornish countryside with its stunning views and wildlife to enjoy. We also operate a no pets policy, for your added peace of mind.

Our Cornwall static caravan park is blessed with a fantastic location in the county. South facing (to make the most of the summer sun), our park is tucked away in a secluded, rural location away from busy roads and noisy traffic. Yet despite our countryside setting we are only a short distance from all those must-see places and attractions, including Newquay, Padstow, Port Isaac and Truro.
